I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased Trudi and I are with our new audio/video system you and your team designed and installed for our new home. Having been “in business” for so many years, I realize how often you only get to hear complaints and problems, and rarely receive the proper commendation for a job well done. I believe the system you installed in our new home is the third project we have worked together on over the years, and I don’t believe I have ever taken the time to mention how much I appreciate your effort.Having lots of experience with audio video systems in the homes we have owned, I know how difficult melding the equipment I already owned with the new items needed for today’s age. Upgrading all televisions to high definition, and joining three tivo’s together, were just some of many challenges you faced. Of course, this was not done without “issues”. However, what keeps me as a loyal customer is your customer service. There has never been a time when I have called and you have not responded, almost immediately.In life, it is nearly impossible not to experience problems, especially with different technologies joining together. You and your team have always been “there for me”, when it came to making sure everything operated as promised, even if it may have taken more than one visit to fix.
Having all of our equipment in an “out of sight” location, was something that Trudi really loves, not having to concern herself with extra storage space for components.

My husband and I bought a house at The Regency of Monroe in New Jersey in the year 2004. I gutted my whole 1stb floor to finally have the home of my dreams, at that time I was trying to find someone who would do all the audio in my house installation of TVs and an all around the house stereo system, and that is when my carpenter introduced me to Darren Weger of Home Theatre Connection. I could honestly say that my lifetime of living in Mill Basin in Brooklyn and dealing with workers on various renovations I have never met anyone as Darren; he is The Best.There are no words to describe his workmanship, his neatness and of course his end results as to everything he installed in my house in New Jersey. I purchased all my products for the House which was 8 HDTV Slim Wall Mount television, one being a 60 inch Sony which is the main TV in my house, and all other audio products from Home Theatre Connection. Since Darren had installed all the wires in when my walls were opened everything went very smooth with very little problems. The job was completed to my and my husbands full satisfaction. Since we have remained friends with Darren And his crew , of course through the years I’ve had some minor problems and up grades I found that Darren was there for whatever, within a 24 hour period (most times the same day).Servicing a product to me is the most important thing when I buy, and Home Theatre is on top of my list of Service and Repairs when you need them. I would and have recommended Home Theatre Connection to everyone in my community, knowing that Darren and his crew work very hard in order to satisfy all their costumers.

My family and I have worked with Darren, Russ and their incredible team of professionals for over 15 years. We are not only extremely pleased with the equipment and work but their services extend beyond the typical home theater company. As our home and our family have grown over the years, they have provided us with sound systems inside and outside our home with music feeding into multiple zones as well as flat screen television sets mounted to our walls and wired for sound. In addition, our home is completely set up for satellite television and ONLY Darren has been able to solve any problem any time for our family. If the tv goes out for any reason, Darren can solve the problem most of the time over the phone just talking either me or our 12-year old son through it.
